It's a great comic that somehow I only recently stumbled upon, by Brian McFadden. It's right up there for me with Dustin Glick's Dustinland, which I've been reading for years.



Both of these men are comic geniuses, with a hint of wit and a dash of sarcasm (actually more like a cup of each) - both of which go a long way with yours truly. ;-)

So head on over and check those out, and tell 'em 'jasedoesdallas' sent ya...so they can reply with 'WHO??? Who the shit is that?'

That's right, ladies & germs...I give you CRACK SANDWICH. I used to purchase these "addictive" delights from the Super Cao Nguyen Market in Little Saigon, Oklahoma City. Apparently the woman featured on the packaging is quite famous...or so I've heard.

Utada's Back in the States!

I first fell in love with this artist on her US-debut album, 'Exodus', released in 2004.



Her name is Hikaru Utada, but in the US she's known simply as Utada. In Japan, her legions of fans often refer to her as "Hikki". Raised in NYC & Tokyo, her 1998 debut album sold somewhere around 23948723948732 billion copies. While 'Exodus' was pretty experimental and melded several genres - from alt-rock to Japanese folk to electronic - she wanted to go for a really mainstream sound on her new disc, dropping digitally in the States this month. It's called 'This Is the One'.

It's poised to be her US breakthrough.
